DICLOROY Injection contains Diclofenac Sodium, a potent non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used for the rapid relief of pain, inflammation, and swelling associated with various acute and chronic conditions. Diclofenac works by inhibiting cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, thereby reducing the production of prostaglandins responsible for pain and inflammation.
DICLOROY Injection is indicated for:

• Acute musculoskeletal pain
• Post-operative pain
• Orthopedic pain and trauma
• Rheumatoid arthritis
• Osteoarthritis
• Ankylosing spondylitis
• Acute gout attacks
• Renal and biliary colic
• Severe backache and neck pain
• Sports injuries and sprains
• Dental pain requiring injectable analgesia
  Dosage & Administration

• Administer only under medical supervision.
• Typical adult dose: 75 mg deep intramuscular injection.
• May be repeated according to physician’s advice.
• Intravenous administration should be performed only as recommended in approved prescribing guidelines.
