Indications

• Common cold
• Allergic rhinitis
• Nasal congestion (blocked nose)
• Runny nose
• Sneezing
• Watery eyes
• Seasonal allergies
  Phenylephrine Hydrochloride (5 mg)

• Nasal decongestant
• Constricts swollen blood vessels in nasal passages
• Relieves nasal blockage and sinus congestion
• Improves breathing through the nose
  Chlorpheniramine Maleate (2 mg)

• First-generation antihistamine
• Controls histamine-mediated symptoms
• Reduces sneezing, runny nose, itching and watery eyes
• Has mild sedative action

• Children 6–12 years: 5 ml, 3–4 times daily
