Fluconazole Tablets I.P. 150 mg a triazole antifungal medication used for the treatment of a wide range of fungal and yeast infections.

Mechanism of Action
Fluconazole inhibits the fungal enzyme responsible for the synthesis of ergosterol, an essential component of the fungal cell membrane. This disruption weakens the fungal cell membrane, leading to inhibition of fungal growth and eventual destruction of the fungus.
Indications

• Vaginal candidiasis (vaginal yeast infection)
• Oral candidiasis (oral thrush)
• Oropharyngeal candidiasis
• Esophageal candidiasis
• Cutaneous fungal infections
• Candida infections of various body sites
• Recurrent fungal infections
• Certain dermatophyte infections as advised by a physician
  Dosage & Administration

• Use strictly as directed by a registered medical practitioner.
• For uncomplicated vaginal candidiasis, a single 150 mg oral dose is commonly prescribed; however, treatment should always follow physician advice.
