COC 21 Tablets are a combined oral contraceptive (COC) containing Levonorgestrel and Ethinyl Estradiol, formulated for effective prevention of pregnancy and regulation of the menstrual cycle. This hormonal combination works by suppressing ovulation, thickening cervical mucus, and altering the endometrial lining, thereby reducing the possibility of fertilization and implantation.

Levonorgestrel is a synthetic progestin that inhibits ovulation, thickens cervical mucus to prevent sperm penetration, and produces endometrial changes that reduce the likelihood of implantation.
Ethinyl Estradiol Ethinyl Estradiol is a synthetic estrogen that enhances contraceptive efficacy by suppressing follicular development and supporting hormonal cycle regulation.
Indications

• Prevention of pregnancy (oral contraception)
