Spiramycin 3 M.I.U. Tablet is a macrolide antibiotic used to treat a variety of bacterial infections. It works by inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis, which stops the growth and multiplication of susceptible bacteria. It is also widely used in the management of toxoplasmosis during pregnancy to reduce the risk of transmission of the infection to the unborn baby.
